This release introduces advanced targeted search functions for last comment searching. Users may now use Jira's advanced search (JQL) to to search for issues whose last comments were made by a particular author (particular user), group, or project role. Targeted Search Documentation: Targeted Searching Rendering changes in this release: - Last Comment is no longer dependent on the the JIRA system for comment active rendering type, now only uses Last Comment rendering configuration.
- Comments are now smartly truncated and will no longer produce malformed HTML blocks.
- Plain Text rendering will now maintain maintains the layout unless Compress Comment in the Last Comment configuration has been is enabled.
- Improved compressing of HTML rendered comments. Headers and paragraph tagged text will now appear on the same line.
- Improved Username and Timestamp
- Last Comment expand/compress button added with the same functionality as the JIRA expand/compress button.
